Creating an Employment Contract for an MP’s member of staff
provides model contracts and job descriptions which MPs need to use for all new
staff they employ. This page allows MPs to produce and print employment
contracts for their staff. If you need to see full versions, sample contracts
can be found here.
The tool below allows you to generate a contract by entering the
variable data as appropriate. Simply tick the boxes or enter the data as
requested and move to the next page by clicking on the box at the bottom.
Finally, click on “Validate Preview” (or “Reset Form” if you want to start
again). If you then press “Create Contract”, a PDF version of the contract will
pop up, which you can either look at on screen or print off. (This may take a
few seconds to generate.) As you move through the process, you’ll get a green
tick or a red cross to show progress.
